For those who know there are no small details, the Literary Ribbon Society is a monthly ribbon subscription created with the idea that beautiful words belong everywhere.
What arrives each month:
- A literary quote ribbon, selected for this month's edition. Orders placed in September will receive this ribbon with a quote from Louisa May Alcott, "The wilderness of books, in which she could wander where she liked." On elegant 1 1/2" grosgrain.
- A generous length, meant to be used, gifted… and kept
- A presentation that feels original and thoughtful from the first moment
How it’s meant to be used:
Finish a package in a way that feels elevated… and reflects your love of words and books
Tie it around a bundle of letters or a bouquet of flowers…
Add a thoughtful detail to a table or place setting...
Wind it through the branches of a holiday tree.
New members who join by September 30 will receive the September ribbon as their first shipment. Future monthly releases will mail by mid-month or within a few days of the order in the last half of the month.
Ribbons from previous months are available by the yard here: Literary Quote Ribbon Collection
🎁 Gift Subscriptions
A thoughtful gift for someone who appreciates the details.
Choose a prepaid subscription for 3, 6, or 12 months. Each month brings a new ribbon design… and the subscription ends automatically at the close of the term.

The green really popped on this ribbon and I love the book Little Women so it was a win-win for me!
Such a beautiful mailing to receive.
You can tell the love and care that went into putting the items, beautiful ribbons, and a little extras into the envelope. I’ve always been a collector of paper now I’m leaning towards a collector of beautiful ribbons.
I’m very impressed with this company and the owner who is extra kind and generous with her talents. Thank you, Jennifer.

I received my ribbons today. The package was beautiful. I enjoyed opening everything, and finding the beautiful poppy sticker and card. It was a true pleasure, and I look forward to continuing my subscription with The Literary Ribbon Society. I also loved the little bird seals, and if you ever carry those, I will look for them as well. Thank you, Jennifer. -Alana
